1: Heat oven to 375°F.
2: Lay out your puff pastry sheets and make bunny cut outs (12 cut outs total).
3: Add fig jam and a piece of brie on 6 of the cut outs.
4: Place the other 6 cut outs on top.
5: Use a fork to close the bunny cutouts.
6: Add some egg wash on each for a crispy brown finish.
7: Pop in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
8: Serve warm.
